Delacroix Elected to NCI Steering Committee
Scott Delacroix, Jr., MD, Director of Urologic Oncology at LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine, has been elected as the new community oncology representative to the Genitourinary Steering Committee, one of the Scientific Steering Committees of the National Cancer Institute’s Coordinating Center for Clinical Trials. Dr. Delacroix is an assistant professor of urology and serves as Clinical Trails Site Leader at LSU Health New Orleans Stanley S. Scott Cancer Center’s Minority/Underserved NCI Community Oncology Research Program, where he also leads the Genitourinary Multidisciplinary Cancer Care Team. He will serve a minimum of a three-year term on the steering committee.
